The Green Bay Packers will again host the popular Halloween-themed event Spooktacular this October.
Spooktacular, free to the public, is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 5, in the Lambeau Field Atrium. Accessed through the Miller Lite Gate, Oneida Nation Gate or American Family Insurance Gate on the east side of the Atrium, it will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Spooktacular will feature interactive entertainment including comedy, magic, variety acts and balloon animals. Children also will have the opportunity to have their faces painted, play fall-themed games, go through a kid-friendly hay bale maze, decorate cookies and put their artistic skills to work at Halloween-themed craft stations.
In addition, the Center for Childhood Safety will be in attendance with information on safe trick or treating and Halloween scenes will be abundant for photo opportunities.
'Spooktacular' is one in a series of community events held each year as part of Green Bay Packers Give Back, the Packers' all-encompassing community outreach initiative. Combined with other Green Bay Packers charity endeavors, the awards contribute to a comprehensive Packers charity impact that was in excess of $8 million last year.
