The Green Bay Packers have activated TE Luke Musgrave and RB Emanuel Wilson off injured reserve, placed S Rudy Ford on injured reserve, elevated WR Grant DuBose from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday and released CB David Long Jr. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Saturday.
