GREEN BAY – The Packers will pick at No. 23 in the first round when the 2025 NFL Draft comes to town this April.
The Packers and the Los Angeles Chargers both had 11-6 records prior to losses in the wild-card round of the playoffs, but the Chargers were awarded the 22nd selection due to a lower strength of schedule (.467) than Green Bay's (.533).
After the first round, the Packers will then alternate positions with the Chargers in succeeding rounds of the draft.
The last time Green Bay picked 23rd in the NFL Draft came in 2010 when it selected Iowa tackle Bryan Bulaga, who started 111 regular-season games for the Packers from 2010-19.
As things stand, the Packers hold seven draft picks in this year's draft. They traded a seventh-round pick to Tennessee at the start of the season for backup quarterback Malik Willis but then gained Pittsburgh's seventh-rounder after dealing defensive end Preston Smith at the NFL trading deadline in November.
Free-agency compensatory picks will be announced by the league within the next couple of months. OverTheCap.com currently projects the Packers to receive one additional late-round pick based on the league's net-loss formula.
