The Green Bay Packers High School Plays of the Month program, presented by Head & Shoulders, is now underway, and the team is currently accepting top highlights from high schools across the state.

The Packers are looking for high school football highlight submissions that showcase impressive catches and throws, interceptions, broken tackles, fumble recoveries and other exceptional plays on offense, defense and special teams.

The top five plays each month, along with information about the teams, location of the game and players involved, will be featured in a video on packers.com and the Packers' social media platforms. Each winning school will receive a $1,000 donation courtesy of the Packers and Head & Shoulders.

Teams who want to participate may send in one highlight per game, which will be voted on by a panel of Packers staff to determine the top five plays each month. Teams can send in highlights from multiple games, but only one highlight from each game is allowed during the months of September and October.

Highlights should be no longer than 20 seconds each and can be submitted to https://packers.files.com/u/hs-plays-month/.

September nominations must be submitted by Wednesday, Oct. 2. October nominations must be submitted by Tuesday, Oct. 22.
