Packers share reminders for Annual Meeting attendees

Annual Meeting set for afternoon of July 22 following first training camp practice

2024-Generic5-EP-2560

The Green Bay Packers are preparing to welcome several thousand of the organization's shareholders to attend the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, set for Monday, July 22, at 3 p.m. at Lambeau Field.

For the first time, the event will be held on the same day as the opening practice of Packers Training Camp, presented by Bellin Health. The practice, open to the public, will begin at 10:30 a.m. at Ray Nitschke Field.

With practice and the meeting taking place on the same day, shareholders, guests and fans are reminded that most Lambeau Field parking lots will be available, with the lots opening at 6 a.m. Spots will be available first-come, first-served to ensure shareholders and practice attendees can park upon their arrival to the stadium. For a parking map, please visit packers.com/community/shareholders.

Shareholders parking on neighborhood streets are reminded to follow the posted signs and normal regulations. Neighboring residents and businesses may be offering parking as well.

Limited accessible parking for those with special needs is available in the Lambeau Field lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Courtesy shuttle carts will operate in the main stadium lots starting at noon to transport any guests with mobility challenges from the parking lot to the gates. Once inside the stadium, wheelchair assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests with the need for a wheelchair are asked to bring their own.

New at this year's Annual Meeting, due to practice kicking off in the morning, the Lambeau Field Atrium will be open to the public for the entire day. Gate entry will be limited to the Miller Lite Gate, American Family Insurance Gate and Oneida Nation Gate to allow for more efficient entry for Shareholders. Tickets will be checked upon entry into the concourse to ensure only Shareholders and their guests are able to attend the meeting. Exit/re-entry into the concourse will be available to ticketed guests from 1 to 4:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held rain or shine. Attendees are asked to prepare for the weather by wearing appropriate clothing and sunscreen and staying hydrated. Unopened water bottles can be carried into the bowl. In case of thunderstorms or inclement weather, the meeting will transition indoors and video and audio of the meeting will be available on screens in the concourses and club level to allow shareholders and guests to continue attending the meeting. Attendees should keep their tickets handy for exit and re-entry scanning.

Exclusive Shareholders merchandise will be available for purchase at the Packers Pro Shop, which opens for regular hours at 9 a.m. The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame will also open its doors at 9 a.m., offering a limited number of Lambeau Field Stadium Tours prior to the meeting. Guests interested in taking a tour before the Annual Meeting are encouraged to purchase tickets online now at packershofandtours.com.

1919 Kitchen & Tap will begin serving at 11 a.m. The Johnsonville Tailgate Village, which serves food and beverage for fans before and during practice, will be open from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Attendees are reminded that Lambeau Field and all of its businesses are cashless.

Shareholders are encouraged to visit the Shareholder Services desk in the Atrium before or after the meeting to update their contact information if it has changed.

The Packers are providing an exclusive webcast of the meeting for those Shareholders who are unable to attend. The webcast can be accessed Monday online at packers.com/shareholders. Username and password details were provided to shareholders in the information section of the Shareholder proxy statement. The live webcast will be available on most computers and mobile devices.

More information on the meeting is available at packers.com/community/shareholders.
