The Green Bay Packers have signed CB Chandon Sullivan and WR Darrius Shepherd. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Monday.
(CHAN-din) Sullivan (5-11, 189) is a second-year player out of Georgia State who originally signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent on May 11, 2018. He spent his rookie season on the Eagles' practice squad and active roster, appearing in five games with one start. Sullivan recorded 11 tackles (seven solo) and a pass defensed. He will wear No. 39 for the Packers.

Shepherd participated in Green Bay's rookie orientation camp this past weekend.
Shepherd, 23, played in 57 games for the Bison, recording 188 receptions for 2,841 yards (15.1 avg.) and 20 touchdowns. He also ran the ball 31 times for 219 yards (7.1 avg.) and a score and returned 44 punts for 578 yards (13.1 avg.) and a TD. As a senior, Shephard was named to the STATS FCS All-America third team as a punt returner.
