The Green Bay Packers signed G Ben Braden to the practice squad. The transaction was announced Wednesday by General Manager Brian Gutekunst.

Braden, a 6-foot-6, 329-pound second-year player, returns to the Packers after spending part of last season on Green Bay's practice squad. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Michigan by the New York Jets on May 8, 2017. Braden spent most of the last three years on the Jets' practice squad or active roster, appearing in two games in 2018 and one in 2019. He appeared in 38 games with 36 starts over four years at Michigan, where he earned second-team All-Big Ten honors as a senior and honorable mention recognition as a junior. He will wear No. 64 for the Packers.
