The Green Bay Packers have signed RB Patrick Taylor to the active roster from the practice squad, elevated CB Corey Ballentine (BAL-en-tine) from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday and released LB Justin Hollins. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Monday.
Taylor originally joined the Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2020 out of the University of Memphis and has played in 26 regular-season games since 2021, including three this season. He has registered 149 yards and a touchdown on 42 carries (3.5 avg.) and six receptions for 43 yards (7.2 avg.) as well as two tackles on special teams. Taylor will wear No. 27 for Green Bay.
