Titletown Development LLC, the real estate development arm of the Green Bay Packers, today announced plans for Miron Construction to open an office at Titletown Office, which the firm is currently building.

"We're pleased to have Miron Construction join us at Titletown Office," said Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy. "They've been a big part of bringing to life our vision not only for Titletown, but for Lambeau Field as well, and we look forward to them continuing their growth as a company here in the Greater Green Bay area."

Miron, a longtime construction partner with the Packers as the Official Provider of Construction Services for the Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field, has done extensive work at Lambeau Field and Titletown, including much of the ongoing work at Titletown. Miron will occupy part of the third floor of the building, nearly 23,000 square feet.

"After serving as the construction manager on the project, we are thrilled to officially put down roots in Green Bay," said John Murphy, senior vice president, Green Bay operations. "We look forward to operating from our new space as it will allow us to better serve our clients from a state-of-the-art facility in a convenient location. We are excited to work alongside our new neighbors, Breakthrough, and to continue our long-standing relationship with the Packers and Commercial Horizons, developer of the space. After decades of working in the greater Green Bay area, it's exciting to have a permanent space for our team to call home."

The new space marks the sixth location for Miron, which also has Wisconsin offices in Neenah, Wausau, Eau Claire, Madison and Milwaukee, as well as Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The space will showcase various construction materials typically seen in the industry and the latest technologies in delivering state-of-the-art environments for their clients. The office and its location also will provide the opportunity for Miron's employees to take advantage of the amenities and community in the heart of Titletown.

"Green Bay has been so good to Miron over the years," said David G. Voss, Jr., president and CEO of Miron. "We are grateful for our clients who trusted us to deliver on bringing their dreams to life, and we couldn't be more excited that our sixth satellite office will be located in Titletown."

Other recent, notable Miron work in the area includes Green Bay Packaging's new $500 million paper mill, the Resch Expo, United Healthcare, Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics Clinic, Ariens Hill and its surrounding park areas and several K-12 school projects including the School District of West De Pere.

In addition to Titletown Office, another approximately 100,000 square feet of future development is envisioned in Titletown. Concepts being considered include retail, health and wellness, food and beverage, and entertainment.
