Titletown Office Partners, the real estate development partnership led by the Green Bay Packers and Commercial Horizons, today announced plans for CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP), one of the leading professional services firms in the United States, to locate its Green Bay operations at the U.S. Venture Center, the office tower in Titletown.
CLA's upcoming move to the U.S. Venture Center also complements CLA's CPA relationship with TitletownTech, the partnership between the Green Bay Packers and Microsoft located in Titletown that enables and invests in early-stage and existing businesses.
"We're pleased to be able to welcome CLA to Titletown," said Mark Murphy, Packers president and CEO. "As a firm that works with companies on many different fronts, CLA is a great addition to the mix. The development continues to mature, and we look forward to the increasing energy that will come as the workforce and resident population grows."
CLA's office area, which will encompass the entire second floor, is under construction and will be ready for occupancy in Spring of 2022. The U.S. Venture Center will be at 70 percent occupancy with CLA joining the roster.
"Our move to the Titletown building is another example of our commitment to this area and to innovation in business," said Brad Frank, managing principal of office, CLA Green Bay. "We're passionate about serving tech and venture firms throughout Northeast Wisconsin, creating opportunities for clients across industries, for our people, and for our communities."
"We're pleased that what we're building at the U.S. Venture Center has attracted a tenant the caliber of CLA," said Jeff Weyers, a co-owner of Commercial Horizons. "CLA brings us to 70 percent occupancy and we're looking forward to additional tenants soon to take us to 80 percent. Our remaining space is 26,000 square feet located on the first level adjacent to Titletown Square. We're excited to talk to prospects about that space's potential."
