Titletown to celebrate moms with Mother's Day event

Yoga-focused “Mamaste” celebration to offer programs for moms and families

Titletown is set to celebrate moms and mother-figures on Saturday, May 8, with a "Mamaste" yoga-focused event, featuring yoga and Mother's Day activities for moms and the whole family from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

The event will begin with Yoga + Mediation on the football field from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. This relaxing yoga flow will be infused with meditative moments and is best suited for guests 16 and older. Later in the morning, yoga will be offered for the whole crew, with Family Yoga on the football field from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Partner poses and kid-friendly explanations will be offered through the class.

Other activities offered at the event include:

  • Donation Drive benefiting Golden House, which will be held east of the Playground. Please bring new baby items to donate including baby wipes + diapers (size 4+) for local mamas in need. Those who donate can receive a limited-edition journal as a token of appreciation while supplies last.
  • Bath Soak Craft, held near the Football Field Walkway for guests 16+
  • Kid's Craft, outside 46 Below

Guests must wear a facial covering when checking in for fitness programming or interacting at the free stations.

Titletown also is set to host Go Green this Saturday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A celebration of Earth Day, Arbor Day and May Day, the free, outdoor, environmentally focused Go Green event will feature interactive exhibits, performances and more. Attendees will have the chance to create eco-friendly art, meet with local experts and learn how to make every day Earth Day. The event will also include an opportunity to safely and securely shred paper documents and recycle certain electronic devices at Lambeau Field's Lot 5. Please note, the recycling event will not be able to accept items with freon (dehumidifiers, air conditioners), TVs or monitors.

Community members also are reminded that Prismatica will be at Titletown until May 31. The one-of-a-kind, interactive art installation features 25 pivoting prisms more than six feet tall that transmit and reflect every color on the visible spectrum. Free to visitors, the traveling installation will be situated on the Titletown Plaza and will be available daily during regular park hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Titletown has continued to keep measures in place to help guests and participants stay healthy and safe. The current COVID-19 procedures include requiring registration for many in-person activities, with limits to number of participants to allow for appropriate social distancing, as well as requiring the use of masks for all indoor spaces.

The Turn and 46 Below remain open to the public, and masks are required to be worn indoors unless actively eating or drinking. Titletown's football field, playground and game courts are open, but guests are encouraged to bring their own equipment.
