GREEN BAY – For the second consecutive week, Packers receiver Jayden Reed has been nominated for NFL Rookie of the Week.
The rookie second-round pick is up for the Week 11 award after recording four receptions for 46 yards and three carries for 46 yards, including a 32-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter of Sunday's 23-20 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.
Fans are encouraged to vote for Reed here.
According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Reed joined Don Hutson (Oct. 22, 1944), James Lofton (Sept. 20, 1982) and Christian Watson (Dec. 4, 2022) as the only rookie WRs in team history to register 45-plus rushing yards and 45-plus receiving yards in a game.
It came one week after Reed caught all of five of his targets for 84 yards and a touchdown against Pittsburgh, which earned him a nomination for NFL Rookie of Week 10.
The other Week 11 nominees include Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud, Houston receiver Tank Dell, Detroit running back Jahmyr Gibbs, New York Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito and Tampa Bay linebacker YaYa Diaby.
Fans can vote for one of these six players on www.nfl.com/rookies, @NFL on Twitter, and on the NFL Mobile app through Thursday at 10 a.m. The winner will be announced Thursday on NFL Network and on NFL.com.
