Also recorded an INT when he picked off Fields for the second time on the season after he stepped in front of St. Brown at the Green Bay 29 on a first down with just under three minutes to play. Became the first Packer since S Nick Collins in 2009 to have an INT in both games against the Bears...At Miami (Dec. 25): Posted four tackles (all solo) and a pass defensed, and intercepted QB Tua Tagovailoa early in the fourth quarter, returning it 23 yards to the Miami 14. The Packers would get a FG on the ensuing drive to take a 23-20 lead, a lead they would not relinquish...Vs. Minnesota (Jan. 1): Registered a pass defensed. Primarily matched up with WR Justin Jefferson, who finished with one reception for 15 yards on five targets. It was the fewest receptions and second-fewest receiving yards Jefferson had posted in 49 career games played.
2021: Started the first four contests, posting 13 tackles (nine solo), an INT and three passes defensed...Was voted a captain by his teammates for the first time in his career...Suffered a shoulder injury in Week 4 and was placed on injured reserve on Oct. 9...Activated off injured reserve on Dec. 29...Placed on reserve/COVID-19 list on Jan. 2 and was taken off the list on Jan. 7...At New Orleans (Sept. 12): Started and tied for the second-most snaps played on defense (56), recording four tackles (two solo)...At San Francisco (Sept. 26): Tied for No. 3 on the team with five tackles (four solo), led the team with a season-high three passes defensed and posted his first INT of the season, picking off QB Jimmy Garoppolo and returning the INT 30 yards to the San Francisco 32 in the second quarter. It was the second-longest INT return of his career (37 yards at Dallas, Oct. 6, 2019)...Vs. San Francisco (NFC Divisional, Jan. 22): Returned from injury for his first action since Week 4 and played on eight defensive snaps.

According to Sportradar, Alexander and Hart (1971) are the only Packers to register an INT and a safety in the same game (since 1948). With 34 seconds left in the first half, picked off Cousins on a deep pass down the right side intended for WR Adam Thielen, giving GB the ball at the Vikings' 41-yard line. Two plays later, the Packers scored on a 45-yard pass from QB Aaron Rodgers to WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling to take a 22-7 lead. Tennessee (Dec. 27): Posted two tackles (one solo) and a season-high three passes defensed. With 8:32 left in the game and the Titans at the Green Bay 9, broke up a pass intended for TE Jonnu Smith on fourth-and-4...At Chicago (Jan. 3): Registered three tackles (two solo), a forced fumble and a pass defensed. With under eight minutes to play in the first half, hit TE Cole Kmet after a 1-yard gain and then ripped the ball out as both were falling toward the ground. LB Rashan Gary recovered the fumble at the Chicago 23 and GB scored a TD on the ensuing drive to take a 21-10 lead...Vs. L.A. Rams (NFC Divisional, Jan. 16): Recorded a tackle for a loss, bringing down WR Robert Woods for a loss of 3 yards on second-and-10 with just under six minutes to play in the game and the Rams turned it over on downs two plays later. According to NFL Next Gen Stats, that was the only reception he allowed on three targets in the game...Vs. Tampa Bay (NFC Championship, Jan. 24): Led the defense with two INTs and three passes defensed while also posting three tackles (two solo). Became just the seventh player in team history to record two-plus INTs in a playoff game.

With the Packers trailing, 22-20, broke up QB Matthew Stafford's third-down pass over the middle intended for WR Marvin Jones to force a Detroit punt, giving Green Bay possession for what would turn out to be the game-winning drive…Vs. Seattle (NFC Divisional, Jan. 12): In first career postseason game, led the secondary with nine tackles (seven solo) and a pass defensed. On Seattle's opening drive of the game, broke up a deep pass from QB Russell Wilson intended for WR DK Metcalf near the sideline to force a three-and-out. Early in the fourth quarter with the Packers leading, 28-23, came off the left side to drill Wilson for a loss of yardage on the Seahawks' two-point conversion attempt.
