In January of 2021, Ashley Herman was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Through her treatment, Herman channeled her creativity and love of football to design Packers RB Aaron Jones' cleats for the My Cause My Cleats campaign.

A panel of Packers employees are tasked with selecting our top five plays of the month. Winning schools featured in the top plays received a $1,000 donation for their football program courtesy of the Packers and Head & Shoulders.

Congratulations to all of the teams featured in the Packers High School Top Plays of the Month and a big thank you to all the schools who submitted their highlights in October.
