GREEN BAY – Packers running back Josh Jacobs has been nominated for the FedEx Air and Ground Player of the Week following Sunday's 38-10 win over the San Francisco 49ers.
Fans are encouraged to vote for Jacobs here.
The 5-foot-10, 223-pound running back rushed for 106 yards and tied a career high with three touchdown runs against the 49ers.
Jacobs is the first player to rush for 100-plus yards in a regular-season game against San Francisco since Chicago QB Justin Fields did so on Oct. 31, 2021, snapping the 49ers' streak of 54 straight regular-season games without allowing a 100-yard rusher.
Jacobs rushed for 91 yards in the first half, his league-high third time this season that he rushed for 85-plus yards in the first half (Week 2 vs. Indianapolis, Week 9 vs. Detroit). No other player in the NFL has done it more than once.
Jacobs' 944 rushing yards are the most by a Packer through 11 games since RB Ahman Green posted 1,326 yards in 2003.
Other Week 12 nominees include Minnesota quarterback Sam Darnold, Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Miami quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, Minnesota receiver Jordan Addison and Philadelphia running back Saquon Barkley.
