College honors: Named third-team AP All-American and first-team All-Big Ten in 2023.
Background/other info: Nicknamed "Pork Chop" as a youth for being an 11-pound baby, shortened to "Chop" as he got older. Began his college career in his home state of Maryland, recording two sacks as a reserve in 2021, before transferring to Penn State. Developed into one of the most explosive edge rushers in this draft, clocking a 4.48 in the 40 at the combine with a 1.54-second 10-yard split, reportedly the fastest ever for an edge player over 250 pounds. Had three games with more than one sack and five with multiple TFLs over his two seasons at Penn State. Has drawn comparisons athletically to another former Nittany Lions star defender, Micah Parsons, though Robinson is perhaps not as versatile quite yet.
