GREEN BAY – The Packers have listed cornerbacks Jaire Alexander (knee) and Corey Ballentine (knee), safety Evan Williams (quadricep) and tight end Luke Musgrave (ankle) as questionable for Monday's game against the New Orleans Saints.

Safety Javon Bullard (ankle) and linebacker Quay Walker (ankle) have been ruled out.

Alexander, who was a full participant in practice this week, first injured his knee against Jacksonville in late October and hasn't played since a 10-snap outing against Chicago in Week 10.

"Potentially," said Head Coach Matt LaFleur when asked whether Alexander could play Monday. "We'll take a look at the tape, talk as a staff and then make a decision."

Musgrave practiced all three days in a limited capacity and would need to be activated off injured reserve to play Monday. The Packers have a spot available on their 53-man roster.

The 6-foot-6, 253-pound tight end, who hasn't played since Week 3 against Minnesota, returned to practice on Dec 11 after being designated to return off IR.

"Feeling good. Just going to keep on taking it day by day," said Musgrave on Friday. "It's just getting reps. I'm taking a lot of scout-team reps, which is great, going against the No. 1 defense, so it's been really good, just to learn by doing."

Williams was added to the injury report on Friday after being listed as limited with a quadricep injury.

Walker exited with an ankle injury in Seattle and didn't return. Veteran linebacker Eric Wilson replaced Walker as the "Mike" linebacker responsible for wearing the communication headset and would presumably do it again Monday night.

The Packers have extra depth at inside linebacker, though, with the return of Edgerrin Cooper. The rookie second-round pick was named the NFC Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this year after registering five tackles, two passes defensed, an interception and sack in the 30-13 win over the Seahawks.

"It's a big accomplishment. It's that simple," Cooper said. "I'm just here to play football, have fun out there and do what's best for my team."

New Orleans ruled out quarterback Derek Carr (left hand), running back Alvin Kamara (groin), and receivers Bub Means (ankle) and Chris Olave (head). Both Means and Olave are currently on injured reserve.

Receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling (chest/illness) is questionable.

Defensive end Chase Young (illness) and tight end Juwan Johnson (foot) didn't receive a game status and are expected to play.
