College honors: Named first-team All-America by multiple outlets and first-team All-Southeastern Conference this past season.
Background/other info: Louisiana native spent four years in College Station, redshirting in 2020 before playing as a reserve in '21 and then starting the past two seasons. Had his biggest year in '23, starting all 12 games, leading the Aggies in tackles (84) and TFLs (17), including eight sacks, a notable number for an off-ball linebacker and a huge improvement after recording just a half sack previously. Also posted two INTs, 10 passes defensed, three forced fumbles and two recoveries at Texas A&M.
