Saturday Update: Elgton Jenkins and Dominique Dafney were downgraded to out on Saturday.

Friday injury report: GREEN BAY – The Packers have listed offensive lineman Elgton Jenkins (ankle) as doubtful and tight end Dominique Dafney (hip) as questionable for Sunday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Jenkins played all 65 offensive snaps at left tackle for Green Bay in Monday night's 35-17 win over Detroit but didn't practice this week after injuring his ankle during the game.

"There's definitely an outside chance (he'll play), but we'll list him as doubtful," said LaFleur after practice on Friday. "If he can come around in the next 48 hours before we kick off, then we'd let him go."

Veteran Dennis Kelly and Yosh Nijman are candidates to step in at left tackle if Jenkins can't go. Starting right tackle Billy Turner also played left tackle last year during the playoffs.

Dafney was added to the injury report on Thursday and was a non-participant on Friday. He played a career-high 29 snaps against the Lions.

While Dafney's status is uncertain, the Packers are expected to get back tight end Josiah Deguara (concussion). The former third-round pick was not given a game designation and is expected to be available against the 49ers.

Deguara sat out Monday night versus the Lions after sustaining a concussion in the opener against New Orleans. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday before fully participating in Friday's practice.

In addition to Deguara, the following Packers players were not given a game-status designation and are expected to be available: linebacker Rashan Gary (elbow), center Josh Myers (finger), cornerbacks Eric Stokes (quadriceps) and Chandon Sullivan (knee), tight end Marcedes Lewis (not injury related), defensive lineman Tyler Lancaster (back), and safeties Darnell Savage (shoulder) and Vernon Scott (hamstring).

The 49ers have ruled out defensive lineman Kevin Givens (ankle) and JaMycal Hasty (ankle), while rookie running back Elijah Mitchell (shoulder) is doubtful for Sunday. Mitchell did practice in a limited capacity on Friday.

Defensive lineman Arik Armstead (adductor), defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw (knee) and cornerback Emmanuel Moseley (knee) are questionable.

Running back Trey Sermon (concussion) was a full participant at practice Friday and is expected to play, in addition to defensive back Jimmie Ward (not injury related), linebacker Fred Warner (not injury related), tackle Trent Williams (not injury related), and cornerback Josh Norman (ankle).
