GREEN BAY – Packers defensive lineman Kenny Clark (elbow) and cornerback Bashaud Breeland (groin/not injury related) are questionable for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears, while right tackle Bryan Bulaga (knee) has been listed as doubtful.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers (knee), linebacker Clay Matthews (ankle), left guard Lane Taylor (foot), receivers Randall Cobb (hamstring) and Equanimeous St. Brown (elbow), and tight end Jimmy Graham (knee/thumb) were removed from the injury report and are expected to play.
Clark exited last Sunday's 34-20 win over the Atlanta Falcons, but returned to finish the game. The third-year defensive lineman has started all 13 games for the Packers this season, playing 721 defensive snaps (82.1 percent). With three games remaining, Clark has already set new career-highs with 36 solo tackles, six sacks and three pass deflections.
"He's played a lot of football, he's played a lot of snaps this year, plays a lot for us," interim coach Joe Philbin said. "So he has a good handle on what his job responsibility is and the scheme, etc. I mean, you don't want anybody to miss anything, but certainly it's different than a total rookie or somebody brand new."
Philbin said Breeland was on his way back to Green Bay after being away from the team due to a personal matter. The fifth-year cornerback had a pick-six and fumble recovery last week in his first game back from a groin injury that sidelined Breeland for two games.
Bulaga missed his first game of the season last week against Atlanta, with third-year tackle Jason Spriggs making his first start of the season at right tackle. Should Spriggs get the call against the Bears, the former second-round pick knows he'll see a good helping of outside linebacker Khalil Mack.
"He used to just play on the right. Now he's almost half and half, left and right," Spriggs said. "It's almost like the whole defensive front is playing a little more confident with him in there, and there's really no, there's no weak link - there's no, really, anyone to attack. I think he brings a level of confidence to everybody on the defense, and we just have to key on that and make hay when we get the chances."
Chicago added safety Eddie Jackson (shin) and defensive tackle Bilal Nichols (knee) to the injury report Friday. The Bears listed Jackson, Nichols and receiver Allen Robinson (hip) as questionable, though Bears coach Matt Nagy said he expects all three to play.
